If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Personalized or engraved items cannot be returned unless they arrive defective, since they are made to order.

Once checkout is live, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of an approved return.
